Websites

Your website is NOT your brand.

For a service business, a website has one primary job: support demand when it shows up. Fast, clear, reliable, structured correctly — that's the foundation.

It’s your infrastructure.

What operators say

They came for the work. They stayed for the system.

“Having Justin in my back pocket as a mentor has been huge. He’s been there, done that. He’s one of us.”

Leo Falardeau

Drop N Go Haulers

“His advice has been so necessary for our growth and improvement as a company.”

Ethan Seidel

Exhale Junk Removal

“Scripture tells us to seek wise counsel, and you can’t go wrong by seeking Justin.”

We don't sell what we don't use ourselves

“The website you’re reading right now is built on the same stack we deploy for our clients — Next.js, Vercel, modern infrastructure. It’s also what we run for Grizzly Junk Pros, our $2M+ home service business serving 140+ towns. We don’t sell websites we wouldn’t use ourselves.”
— Justin Hubbard, Founder of Adimize and Grizzly Junk Pros

Modern stack · Built for speed, AI-readiness, and operator-grade reliability

Anti-agency

Most service business websites are built to look good — not to support decisions.

This service exists to give your business a conversion-ready foundation — not a design experiment, and not a performance promise.

Where websites fit in the system

Websites live at the intersection of trust and conversion.

  • Paid ads create attention
  • AI Search builds visibility and trust
  • The website decides whether that attention turns into action

A weak website doesn’t just underperform. It quietly wastes demand you already paid for — or worked years to earn.

  • Clarity
  • Consistency
  • Trust

What this service provides

Conversion-ready infrastructure — not ongoing optimization.

This service is designed to:

  • ·Remove technical and structural friction
  • ·Clearly communicate what you do and where you operate
  • ·Make it obvious how customers take the next step

It provides the foundation that allows conversion to happen.

It does NOT include:

  • ·Ongoing conversion rate optimization
  • ·Traffic analysis
  • ·SEO or content refinement
  • ·Performance experimentation

Those responsibilities are intentionally handled through other services when needed.

Why most service business websites fail

They're built to look good — not to support decisions.

Common issues we see:

  • Unclear service positioning
  • Buried calls-to-action
  • Slow load times
  • Generic copy
  • No alignment with how people actually search

None of these feel dramatic alone. Together, they quietly kill conversion.

Most owners don’t notice — because traffic still comes in. It just doesn’t turn into consistent bookings.

How we build conversion-ready infrastructure

We design for behavior, not opinions.

01

Clear service & location context

Visitors should immediately understand:

  • ·What you do
  • ·Who you serve
  • ·Where you operate

Ambiguity creates doubt.

02

Intent-matched structure

We organize sites so:

  • ·Services are easy to find
  • ·Locations are explicit
  • ·Next steps are obvious

No guessing. No friction.

03

Speed, stability & simplicity

A slow or unstable site loses impatient buyers. We prioritize:

  • ·Fast load times
  • ·Clean layouts
  • ·Reliable hosting
  • ·Simple hierarchy

04

Frictionless lead capture

Calls, forms, and actions must be:

  • ·Visible
  • ·Easy
  • ·Functional

When someone raises their hand, nothing should break.

The stack

Modern infrastructure. Operator-grade reliability.

Most agencies build on no-code platforms with monthly licensing fees, template constraints, and slow page loads. We build on the same stack the best technology companies use:

Stack layer

Next.js

The framework that powers everything from agency sites to billion-dollar SaaS apps. Lightning-fast page loads. Built for AI-search readability. Future-proof.

Stack layer

Vercel

Global edge hosting. SSL, CDN, image optimization, and uptime monitoring — handled automatically. The same infrastructure used by Stripe, Notion, and Linear.

Stack layer

Programmatic content

Need 50 service area pages? 100 town landing pages? Schema markup updated across the entire site? We can handle scale that template-based platforms can't touch.

This is the same stack we deploy for our own businesses. No exceptions.

Why we build on Vercel

Speed isn't a feature. It's the foundation.

Most service business websites are built on Wix, GoDaddy, Squarespace, or Duda.

They look fine. They load slow. They rank worse than they should. And they’re invisible to AI search.

Here’s what most operators don’t know — Google has been weighting Core Web Vitals (load speed, interactivity, layout stability) as ranking signals for years. The new generation of AI search engines — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews — pull from technically clean, fast-loading sites disproportionately. Bloated templates and shared hosting don’t make the cut.

Adimize builds on Next.js, deployed via Vercel. Same stack as TikTok, Notion, and Hulu. Static-generated where possible, edge-cached globally, scored 90+ on Lighthouse out of the box.

It’s not just faster. It’s the difference between showing up in AI search results and not.

Websites built to support AI search

AI systems read your website differently than people do.

Your website must:

  • Explain services in plain language
  • Reinforce local relevance
  • Align with reviews and listings
  • Be easy for AI systems to summarize and reference

This service ensures your site is ready to support AI Search SEO. Ongoing optimization, refinement, and AI-visibility improvements are handled through our AI-Search SEO service when needed.

Built for service businesses, not portfolios

We build for real operators.

We build and maintain websites for real operators in industries like:

  • Junk removal & dumpster rental
  • HVAC & trades
  • Restoration & cleanup
  • Local home services

Each site is designed around:

  • Clear service positioning
  • Explicit service areas
  • Fast load times
  • Conversion-first layouts

No templates. No generic themes. No design-first thinking.

Website & conversion infrastructure

Ongoing infrastructure, not a one-time project.

Build phase includes:

  • ·Complete website design and build
  • ·Hosting and security setup
  • ·Configuration aligned with your services and locations
  • ·Launch and deployment

Ongoing infrastructure includes:

  • ·Hosting and security
  • ·Uptime monitoring
  • ·Troubleshooting and technical support
  • ·Unlimited edits (new services, updated areas, content changes)

Note: Performance optimization, traffic generation, and AI-search refinement are handled through separate services when needed.

Website ownership

You build equity in the site you pay for.

Most website services either lock you in forever or hand you a one-time build with no ongoing support. Neither model serves operators well.

Here’s how this works instead:

01

12-month term

The website service operates on a 12-month term. During those 12 months, you have full access to a fast, professional, fully-managed site — and we handle hosting, security, maintenance, and unlimited edits.

02

Full ownership at 12 months

Once you’ve completed the 12-month term, the website is yours. You own the design, the content, and the source files. You can keep working with us, move it elsewhere, or take it in-house.

03

Early exit options

If you cancel before the 12-month term is complete:

  • ·The website stays with us (you don’t get the site files)
  • ·Or — you can pay off the remaining balance of the term to take ownership immediately

This protects you from getting stuck — and protects us from building a site for someone who walks away after month two.

Full ownership terms are detailed in our Terms of Service. Questions before signing up? Email justin@adimize.com.

Who this is for

Built for operators who want infrastructure, not a project.

Strong fit

This service works best for businesses that:

  • ·Want a reliable, professional online foundation
  • ·Don't want to manage hosting, security, or site issues
  • ·Want their website to support growth without constant babysitting

Not a fit

It’s not the right fit if you’re looking for:

  • ·A design-only project
  • ·A one-time build with no maintenance
  • ·Ongoing conversion optimization included

Traffic is expensive. Trust takes time. A stable, clear website makes both count — without becoming a burden.
