Does a junk removal company get more from its Google Business Profile or its website?
About the same, and they feed each other: across 15 businesses, profile actions (call taps, website clicks and directions) roughly equal the website's organic clicks, a median ratio of 1.00. Profile website clicks equal about 57% of organic website clicks and move with them month to month, so much of a site's Google traffic likely starts on the profile.

Profile vs website, same business, same months
| Per business, per month | Median | Middle half |
|---|---|---|
| Profile actions | 67 | 42-160 |
| Profile call taps | 14.5 | 5.8-23 |
| Organic website clicks | 78 | 26-128 |
| Profile actions per organic click | 1.00 | 0.77-1.43 |
| Profile call taps per organic click | 0.21 | 0.14-0.29 |
| Profile website clicks as a share of organic clicks | 57% | 50%-67% |
Counting each visit once
Because profile website clicks also show up as organic clicks, the fair combined count uses them once. On that basis, the profile's own call taps and direction requests are about 34% of combined contacts (middle half 16%-41%), and the website's organic clicks are the rest.
Reviews and organic traffic
Businesses with more Google reviews also get more non-brand organic clicks (correlation 0.60, 17 businesses), but the link disappears once profile views are taken into account. More reviews travel with bigger, busier businesses; they don't explain the website traffic on their own.
