Do more Google reviews bring a junk removal company more calls?

Profiles with more reviews get more views and more calls, but not a higher share of viewers who call. Across 21 profiles, review count tracked call taps (rank correlation 0.62) and profile views even more closely (0.75), but showed no link to calls per view (0.14).

Month to month

Within the same profile, months with more new reviews also had slightly more call taps (correlation about 0.19 across 313 profile-months, 20 profiles). The link is just as strong a month before as a month after, which is what you'd see if busy months bring both calls and reviews.

The review counts behind this

The median profile had 141 reviews (middle half 35-240) and added about 3.7 a month (2.8-9.2). 99% of all reviews were 5 stars, so star rating can't be tested.
