Justin Hubbard
Founder of Adimize and Grizzly Junk Pros
Justin built Grizzly Junk Pros from zero to $2M+ while living in Stamford, Connecticut. He’s run his own hauling business for 12+ years. Grizzly now covers 140+ service areas, and 16,000+ customers have found it.
He learned marketing because he had to, to keep his own trucks busy. Other owners kept asking how he did it. That became Adimize. He lives in Tampa, Florida, and Grizzly runs day to day on the systems his team spent years refining.
Everything he writes comes from operating, not theory. Read the Founder’s Letter.
