ADIMIZE

Adimize — The Anti-Agency

You don't have a marketing problem. You have a clarity problem.

Adimize is built for service business owners burned by agencies or DIYing it and losing money. We scaled our own home service company past $2M before we built this — so we know what actually works because we did it.

We’re not an agency chasing feel-good tactics. We’re operators who learned marketing because it was required to grow — and now help others do the same.

From operators who actually use us

“He really is in the game. He really does make money and he’s for real about it.”
Tony Nava, Texas Junkers
“He’s been there, done that. He’s one of us.”

Clarity > vanity

Most service business owners don't have a marketing problem.

They have a clarity problem.

If you’ve tried marketing before, this probably sounds familiar:

  • Ads bring activity, but not always booked jobs
  • SEO reports look impressive, but demand feels inconsistent
  • Customers see you in multiple places before converting
  • Agencies talk dashboards while you think in revenue

That doesn’t mean marketing doesn’t work.

It means service businesses don’t behave like e-commerce funnels — and most marketing is built as if they do.

The proving ground

We didn't learn this from clients.

We learned it by running the business ourselves.

Adimize exists because marketing wasn’t optional for us — it was survival.

Before working with other businesses, we built and scaled our own home service company from zero to over $2M annually.

We ran the ads. We built the websites. We learned what worked, and what just wasted money.

We still operate that business today. We still test strategies with our own dollars first.

Only after proving systems in the field did we begin helping other service businesses implement them.

I built Grizzly from zero while living in Stamford, Connecticut. Today I live in Tampa, Florida. The business still operates — without me in the day-to-day — from two HQs in Stamford and West Haven, executed by a team of pros following the systems we built.

That’s not luck. That’s infrastructure.

That’s the difference.

The proving ground · A real service business

Grizzly Junk Pros is not a case study we “managed.”

It’s the business where these systems were built.

Every opinion you’ll see here was formed by:

  • Managing payroll
  • Navigating slow seasons
  • Adjusting demand in real markets
  • Watching what actually drives booked work

That experience shapes how we think, how we advise, and how we execute.

  • 16,000+ customers
  • 6,000+ jobs/year
  • 140+ service areas

The system

Marketing works best when it's treated like infrastructure — not campaigns.

We don't sell disconnected services. We build demand engines in a three-part system. Each part supports the others. Missing one weakens the system.

Our promise

We don't guarantee results.

We guarantee everything else.

No one can guarantee outcomes in a real service business — and anyone who claims they can isn’t being honest.

What we do guarantee:

  • Strategy tested in our own business first
  • Disciplined execution
  • Clear communication
  • Transparency around what’s working and what’s not
  • Continuous refinement

Our role is to control everything within our control, so your business has the best possible chance to win.

Why operators come to us

Whether you've been burned by an old agency or burned out trying to DIY.

Both stories end the same way.

After leaving their old agency

“At the end of 2024, we were abandoned by our previous ad suppliers who had built their ads inside of their own account, leaving our five-year-old business with no Google Ads history.”

“At the end of the year, we’ve achieved five times return on ad spend throughout the majority of the year.”

After stopping DIY

“Trying to save a little money here and there, but honestly, in the long run, I was losing a lot of money not knowing exactly how to go about running Google Ads.”

“We’ve tripled our profits ever since we started working with Justin and his team.”

From people who actually run the work

Real operators. Real businesses. Real results.

Tony Nava

Founder, Texas Junkers

When I met Justin, I had a pickup, a trailer, and four dumpsters. Today I've got a hook-lift truck, 30 dumpsters, and I'm preparing to add a second truck with a driver. His strategies helped me more than double my business and gave me the clarity to run it with confidence.

Before you reach out

Questions operators ask before they sign up.

What does this actually cost?

Paid ads management starts at $297/mo for operators spending under $1,000/mo on ads. Most operators end up on the Pro tier — $750/mo plus 20% of ad spend — which gets you daily optimization, weekly communication, and operator-level strategy.

Websites, SEO, and CRM setup are priced separately. Full breakdown on the pricing page.

No long contracts. Cancel anytime.

How long until I see results?

Most operators see meaningful results in the first 90 days. Some see it faster. A few take longer — usually because the business side needs sharpening before ads can scale.

Paid ads aren’t a faucet you turn on. They’re a system that compounds. We’d rather build a system that works in month four than fake a win in week two.

What do I actually get?

Depends on the tier. At minimum: campaigns built, optimized, and reported on. At the Pro tier: a marketing partner who looks at your business — not just your ad account — and tells you what’s working, what’s broken, and what to do about it.

We don’t manage ads in a vacuum. If your speed-to-lead is slow, we’ll say so. If your website is leaking conversions, we’ll say so. If your pricing is the problem, we’ll say so.

What if it doesn't work?

We don’t guarantee results. Nobody honest does.

We guarantee everything else — communication, transparency, effort, expertise, and that we’ll tell you the truth even when it’s uncomfortable.

If it isn’t working after we’ve done our job right, that’s a signal — not a failure. We’ll tell you what we think the real problem is. Sometimes that’s the ads. Sometimes it isn’t.

Why you over the agency I just fired?

Most marketing agencies have never run the business they’re selling to.

Justin built Grizzly Junk Pros to $2M+ before starting Adimize. Every recommendation on this site has been pressure-tested inside a real service business — not a slide deck.

If you want polished decks and dashboard theater, there are agencies for that. If you want someone who actually understands the operation, that’s the work we do.
