The business
Martinez Junk Removal
Martinez Junk Removal is a family-run roll-off dumpster rental company in Chino, California, owned by Mario Martinez and serving customers since 2019. It rents 10, 20 and 40-yard dumpsters across Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino and Riverside counties, Monday to Saturday.
The name says junk removal, but the business is dumpsters. The site had to make that clear in the first second, answer the price question before anyone called, and work just as well for the Spanish-speaking families the company already serves.
What we built
The new site, piece by piece.
- Dumpsters first
- Roll-off rental is the core service, so the homepage headline opens "Roll-Off Dumpster Rental in Chino" and the header pairs the Martinez Junk Removal name with a Dumpster Rental tagline. The wordmark reads from one setting, so a rename is a one-line change.
- Prices on the homepage
- Every size carries its price range on the homepage: 10-yard $650–$750, 20-yard $700–$800, 40-yard $850–$1,000. The fee rules sit right beside them: 5–7 days included, extra days $45, and $100 per ton over the limit on the 20 and 40-yard trash dumpsters.
- Text a photo, call or fill in a form
- Three ways to get a quote. "Text a photo for the fastest quote" opens a text to the company phone, every phone number is click-to-call, and the contact page has a quote form.
- Se habla español
- The Spanish-speaking line runs on every page, from the header down, and the About page says it outright: Mario and the team serve the area's Spanish-speaking families too. Spanish-language reviews sit next to English ones.
- Reviews with receipts
- 110 reviews surfaced across the site: 58 on Google at 5.0 and 52 on Yelp at 4.9, each linking back to its source listing so a visitor can check them.
- Service area
- A dedicated service-area page covers the four counties and lists the 69+ cities served, from Alhambra and Anaheim on.
- FAQ
- The FAQ answers the questions that stall a booking: whether street placement needs a city permit, the weight limit on each size, what can't go in the dumpster (chemicals, paint, tires, propane tanks and more) and what every add-on costs.
- The owner, in his words
- Real photos of Mario on the job and in front of the truck, with his own line: "I'm a dumpster rental specialist and I LOVE what I do."
Google Ads
Google Ads: early signals.
Call tracking from the ads themselves is being added; these are early signals, not lead counts.
1.9% → 8.9%
Click-through rate: old setup (Jun 2024 – Mar 2025) vs Jul 1 – Sep 27, 2026
The old setup ran mostly on Google's Display network, 96% of its impressions, where few people click. We moved the budget to Search, where people are actively looking for a dumpster.
On Google Search alone, like for like: 7.0% → 8.9%.

Website call taps, August vs September (Sep 1–27, partial)
Google Ads data for this account, pulled September 28, 2026. Old setup: a Smart campaign, June 2024 – March 2025 (months with activity), 3,555 clicks on 187,331 impressions; 180,558 of those impressions were on the Display network. Now: one Search campaign on the Search network only, July 1 – September 27, 2026, 2,767 clicks on 30,988 impressions. The Search-only comparison uses the old campaign's Google Search rows: 311 clicks on 4,437 impressions. Call taps are taps on the phone number on the website after an ad click ("Website Phone Click Intent"), recorded but not counted as conversions. September covers the 1st–27th only.
Why it's built this way
The calls we made.
Someone renting a dumpster wants three answers fast: what size, what it costs, and whether this company will actually show up. The site answers the first two on the homepage with real numbers and lets the reviews answer the third, with links so nobody has to take our word for it.
A photo of the pile tells you the right size faster than a description does, so texting one is the first quote option on the page. The call button and the form are there for everyone who would rather talk or type.
